Nature has made a clock that at sunset we have to sleep and sunrise we have to wake up. So if you follow the nature clock, you always feel fresh. However, we see that nowadays the world does not sleep. So now we are working into the shifts. Also our whole nature clocks has got disturbed. So as a result, if we don’t eat in time, like say before 8 o’clock we should eat. Normally it is seen that people who are working until late. They come home and they get fresh, they eat by the time 11 o’clock, 12 o’clock. Some people take dinner at 12 o’clock also and then they go to seep immediately. But it so happens that your mind is sleeping, your brain is sleeping, but your stomach is still working to digest your food. So your while body has not rested and so you don’t feel fresh the next morning when you wake up. There are other reasons also that now we are working in shift systems. So we are working against the natures clock, that is the day have shifts. So working in the nights and sleeping during the day and so the human growth hormone doesn’t secrete during the day. It secrete during the night from 11 to 3 o’clock. Also melatonin hormone secretes. So melatonin puts you to sleep better and growth hormone repairs and maintains the body and it is very important because it does the repair work at that time. So if you sleep late. For example instead of 11, if you sleep at 12, or 1 or at 2, even then your body does not get enough time to repair itself and so the whole system is disposed and after sometime you may not even get sleep or your body would be always tired. So best way is to do according to nature’s clock. Sleep at sunset and rise at sunrise. Stay healthy and happy.
