I like LMNT despite their relentless scorched earth campaign of influencer advertising. Except for the chocolate flavors, they're so gross.
Gotta be careful drinking so much lemon water. Doing it for a long period of time can contribute to GERD (acid reflux) which can wreak havok on your gastrointestinal workings. Once you have created the conditions for GERD you gotta go totally acid free for a while which sucks because it means no coffee at all, no tomato, no onion or garlic, no peppers… basically no foods under pH of 5.
Excellent video! Can anyone answer this question? Cold cut meats have so many additives that they are toxic… where would you get turkey that doesn't have junk preservatives in it? TIA

Maybe I have a different definition of "whole foods." English muffins, deli turkey, pancake mix, peanut butter powder, protein powder, fiber powder, LMNT, etc… Those aren't whole foods, but maybe this is a "dirty whole food diet?" Is that a thing?

I love her idea of a snack plate! What about ideas for snack snacks on the go? I typically get out of work at 3:30 and have to get on the road by 4p to head to my daughterβs games. Looking for portable easy snacks, other than protein bars, which I do often!

My teenage son, husband and I have started going to the gym about a month ago and I am running out of ideas and ways to have enough protein for all 3! Have some chicken in the slow cooker now and love that I can have it in the fridge for whatever! New subscriber!! β€β€β€
