I feel that we should do self-talk for communication and should practice any language so that whatever is in our mind, those words can come out easily on our lips. Our problem was that we had to say the words that were in our mind, but if we start stammering, then this will be solved.
The shy one didn't feel so shy, but instead felt tired or soft spoken.

Only yesterday I thought about how I dislike the sound of my voice. I never knew it could be changed!
"Not fake but unfamiliar". It's actually both. I personally prefer to speak in a monotone voice, probably due to my history of clinical depression. But if people want a different tone, then being fake is the way. I give them the right tone, which translates in the brain to their desirable emotional response, and I get better opportunities from them. Sounds fair

This is true in your case Sir you need to soeak with RP in uk. If you talk with something like scouse or another northern accent you may be a professor but poeple would still think you're stupid.
Your voice is not just a tool, it is an instrument. Play with it and express yourself. Kinda like how we do with music.
