My issue is that I can not sleep. I fall asleep but wake up wide awake 45 minutes later. I found out a week ago I have RA. Pain in feet hands you name it. Almost 67years. Was given yesterday gabapentin 1 every 8 hours and Trazadone for sleep. Trazadone not ready until Monday. Did get a little sleep, not much but it is more than I have had. Thank you for this video. I truly need to start calming down, and I just tried what you showed, and YES!! This does work!! God bless you!!!

Literally felt the tension in my head melt away
My blood pressure needs to be stabilized. It goes up to 300 and down to 67. Dr just wants me to take medication. I need natural remedies. I do take a BP medicine when I can't get it down naturally. I am getting better and should get a lot better soon because my numbers are getting better.
