  1. 1. Do some meditation: meditate can develop the ability of students to cope with stress and can maintain calm in pressurizing situation . Just close your eyes and focus your attention on your breathing.

    2. Take a shower: cold shower helps improve your mode , increase energy level , metabolism and immune system and you are automatically feel energized to study or do any work.

    3.pray and connect with nature: prayer gives us make the right decision, give us directions in life . Nature can improve your mood , help you more active , improve your confidence. When you feel relaxed and calm you automatically want to study more because you feel motivated and confident.

    By doing these three 3 things in your daily routine when you feel demotivated and lazy after some days you never be lazy again and make your study effective .

    8:8:8 rule helps you to manage your time
    8 hours study
    8 hours sleep
    8 hours extra daily work

    Use these time to your study session

    6:00am to 9:00am : study 1 ( 10 minutes break in every hrs )

    11:00am to 1:00pm : study 2 ( 5 minutes break in every hrs )

    3:00pm to 6:00pm : study 3 ( 10 minute break in every 1 hrs

    8:45 to 9:50 : study 4

    Go to bed 10pm

  3. Write down the lectures from slides, books, etc. to warm up your brain, this method works so well on me although other people think it waste my time ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ no matter what, you know yourself better than anyone else

  4. Proper timetable doesnt work for me. But i try to sleep and wake around same rime everyday . I take my dairy and wrute diwn focus areas to work for the day priority wise like most imp subject on top followedd by other ( actually its a trick and when u complete your most imp subject or task first u get a kick to complete others too) i write my hourly checks in on dairy like what i did each hour which helps me to be accountable and avoid wasting more time. Like 9 to 9 24 – phone scroll ..9 24 to 10 – current affairs. This helps me to complete my tasks while maintaining accountability
