  1. You need to put in a pan size !! I looked at the picture and it looks like the pan is square so I went for a 9×9” pan in a 325 degree gas oven for 45 minutes and it is soup 😭 I’m gonna try turning the temp up to 355 degrees and see what happens after 30 minutes 😐 going through all this so I didn’t throw out 2 apples but now it’s looking like I’m going to be throwing out a whole lot more 😢😢😢

  2. I’m screwed 🫢in one recipe on Pinterest she has 320 degrees Fahrenheit but on YouTube she has 180-160 Celsius and something about gas mark 4 I don’t even have a clue what that means 😢 my cake is in the oven and I hope it turns out ☹️

  3. I baked this today with the kids. Didn’t add the glaze and reduced the amount sugar. Absolutely delicious, moist and has me coming back for thirds!

  4. Can someone please tell her that we are living in 2025 and we don’t need much sugar to survive. This recipe can be light on sugar and still be tasting good. 😅

  5. I looked for the recipe on Instagram and could not find it even though you have about 4 sites there. I guess it is hard too write the recipe here. With out knowing the exact recipes I just will not follow your account because it is a waist of time to do so!

  6. This is the first apple cake I have made that wasn’t a total disaster, guessed at most of the quantities but it still came out fine, moist but not stodgy, 2 sons ate the lot in about 5 minutes

  7. How do you get to the recipe, so frustrating listening to her talk way too fast and the measurements are not ones USA normally uses? I can’t get the short to stop to write down the ingredients. 🫤

  8. 1/2 a cup sugar, 2 tsp pf cinnamon, mix together. Add two diced apples and coat. In another bowl add 3/4 cup light brown sugar, two tbs cinnamon and 1/2 cup melted butter and stir together. In another bowl combine 3 cups plain flour, 1 cup granulated sugar, 4 tsp baking powder, about 1 and a half cups milk, 1 tap vanilla and two beaten eggs. Pour in 1/2 cup melted butter and stir until smooth. Add diced apples and fold them in. Pour into baking pan then dollop on cinnamon paste and swirl it through. Bake at 325 or 40 to 45 min
