In your 20 minutes full body stretch flexibility was hard. I almost broke my leg. When will you teach us to split cause I want to learn how to be flexible be able to do backflip just do everything that you always do. I had to take breaks during this because I about broke my path and my legs but I feel like this stretch is working because my hips are moving more so I feel like that's goodπ
