  1. Hiiii guysss!! I’m very much still in the New Year spirit lolol I just wanted to make a point to say that routines DO NOT need to be perfect! Some weeks we’ll follow them to a tee and some weeks will most definitely throw us curve balls!! This video is for the people who just feel a little lost in the sauce with their goals! It’s sooo easy to set goals but it’s so hard to figure out how we can execute them! I’m proud of all the work you’re putting in this year! Rooting for you ALWAYS 🫶🏾 see y’all on Sunday!!

Omg thank you so much for the suggestions I'm staring a new career and I've been feeling overwhelm with so much that I need to do that at the end of the my day I end it up doing NOTHING which gives me depression and anxiety. I will definitely try your suggestions to write down my routing because I've done it on my phone but I feel that It's easier to avoid. Thank you once again!

  4. Thank you! I'm a student right now, and I realized routines calm my head more, like I have something to rely on. I'm glad you mentioned the trial and error thing, doing what works best for you, because I come across videos on what my routine "should" look like and when it doesn't work, I give up because I get upset I'm not doing the "perfect" routine. But anyway, I'm grateful for this.

  7. You're awesome. I agree with everything you said. I am up at 4:00 am and I like the idea of comparing two different schedules to see what works. One routine may have been right for who you were and not who you're becoming.

  9. thank you so much for this video! something that really helps me process information is when there are ways I can simplify things to make it all feel less overwhelming and daunting. making a list of non-negotiables and priorates/bad habits was REALLY helpful. I think for me it makes me feel a little embarrassed just now trying to figure out a routine for myself, especially when everyone around me seems like they have it figured out but, I have to remember that I am finally taking that step to better myself. I also have to remember that not everyone has it figured out, so take any outside factors and forget about them! I'm focusing on me!! 🙂 💞
