  1. Did that for 2 months straight with a sleep deficit and was sick 4 times in that span.
    I knew my willpower is insane but the body is fragile after all.

  2. I actually needed this…
    I usually give myself another 30 minutes to a hour which sets me back if I oversleep due to sleeping late. I have to start looking at it as a punishment for not sleeping at the time I was supposed to.

  3. Sometimes waking up between the hours 3 to 5 are times to wish for your dream life and ask questions to your problems life will guide you to the person you want to be, stay blessed ❤
