  1. “Congrats, you work at Twitter”
Cool, I build furniture with my brother, take late night road trips , and eat 4AM breakfasts.
Not a hardworking techie geek, but I’m not missing out on anything

  2. 3 things that instantly changed how people treat me: 1) I stopped chasing attention. 2) I read books on Atruve. 3) I stopped trying to prove myself to people who don’t matter.

  5. I kept seeing people talk about The Dominance Formula by Atruve, and I finally gave in. Honestly? I should’ve read it WAY sooner. This isn’t about fake confidence or shouting louder—it’s about real psychological leverage. Respect, control, power—it’s all explained in a way that makes total sense. I’ve read tons of self-help and mindset books, but nothing cut this deep.

  6. I used to work like this then woke up one day and realised I'd wasted a large part of my life I'll never get back. Money and dopamine can only give you so much.

  7. I guess hard work is not for people with chronic/acute illnesses/conditions where they have to take great care of their health and cannot sustain unhealthy habits for any amount of time without destroying their bodies.

  8. 20 + year pipe fitter 35 an hour is almost absurd for companies to pay 65,000. But yet, that same man can generates the same company 1,000,000 dollars a year…. that's one hell of a profit…… Your body starts to decline before you get the money you deserve USA .🙏

  9. Yea dont be lazy sacrifice your health, family and dreams for billionaires to be become trillianers. Then they buy everything and make people homeless the momemt they had fallen because of hard work😊😊😊

  10. Just keep on trucking, but don’t be a slave… just think about your kids and grandkids and if you would want to see them working like you are… be kind to yourself… if you’re only getting 4 hours of sleep fucking leave… take your own path, in this world, yeah you might have to sleep in your car… it sucks, but we’re in a tough time in history… there’s always people worse off, just the fact that you’re reading this right now proves that you have a device and internet connection, which is a luxury.

  11. Yeah I don’t know anyone who wants to do that because they want to work hard. People either do that for the money, the prestige, or the cushy exit opportunities/connections they can use in a few years after working in that role.

  12. If it’s not for everyone then the system should not demand it in exchange for basic living requirements. Workaholics should not be determining work load the same way alcoholics should not be determining how much liquor you should drink.

  13. Hard work doesn’t mean smart work. Software development doesn’t require 20 hour days. It’s just doesn’t. It doesn’t require you to even leave your house. What is a contribution is new ideas, which comes from a creative mindset. Which also requires sleep.
