I'm mentally preparing myself for dental surgery tomorrow. Haha. I fear a small knife cutting my gums and pliers pulling teeth out. 😢 my 5 year old daughter just had dental surgery and told me I'll be fine and to be brave, so I can't chicken out. 😂

I want to become a nurse and I am scared, have a lot of fear. But you know I am gonna face my fear and dive into it and give it my all. I believe in myself and I want to make it. I fear that I will have a regret of not trying if I don't face my fears when in my deathbed. It's hard, but when its get hard YOU GO HARDER and BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!
I fear exhaustion. I fear that I'm too lazy and I give in. I looked in the mirror yesterday, and I asked myself if I'll be happy in 20 years if I stick with this weak mindset. I'm going to use the fear of regret to motivate me. The fear of looking back and wishing I stayed up late working on the business, the fear of wishing I walked up to that girl, the fear of realizing I've wasted unlimited potential due to laziness. This is the year we change. The year we will make shit happen. Use the fear of regret to power you through your fear of losing or rejection.

Not me being here bc I‘m suddenly afraid to sing if it gets important for me… You know I want to do a job where singing is necessary. And I can sing it’s just that in many different moments I suddenly… can’t… I mess up. And often I then start crying for no reason, my whole body is released but I‘m crying… pretty sure out of fear to sing 🥴 Still have half a year to beat that fear and it better gets lost soon 🥲
