  1. I just bought everything on your grocery list. Except turkey or beef. I bought two different kinds of nuts. I had oatmeal filled with cinnamon plus blueberries. And nuts.and a egg sandwich. With Greek yogurt! Thank you for sharing .that’s all I want is to see my abs. I’m around 178. I do planks everyday with push-ups
