I prefer animal fat, healthier. Tallow mayo > vegan mayo 😏
Mike, how long can you keep your condiments, i.e. best before date or expiry date? 🇦🇺
Difference between condiment and sauce is condiments are not cooked sauces are.
Big love for your ways to make & talk about dishes
My dude, do you live in a converted Subway stop?
Spooning leads to forking, don’t forget to use a condiment 😂

Tahini sauce with garlic, a hint of lemon, and salt is a basic sauce served across the Middle Eastern Mediterranean with beef shawarma, fried or baked fish, falafel, or cauliflower. While it is most known as an ingredient in Hummus or chickpea paste, it is also used in roasted eggplant mash where it packs a punch along with those roasted eggplant aromas. It is an overall healthy and super nutritional substitute for sauces like tartar and tzatziki.
Yamaha as a bike is not my choice😴😴😴😴
That pizza looks KILLER!!
Hey, I've come a bit late to the party, but thank you for your recipes and clear explanations. I've made the oil yesterday and am about to make the hummus, but this morning the oil is a bit cloudy. Do you think it is still ok for use? Yours looks much more clear. All the best and keep bringing us those lovely recipes!
I am learning so many new short cuts ❤
For Mayo How LONG do you blend? Mine didn't work (with an egg)
