  1. Tahini sauce with garlic, a hint of lemon, and salt is a basic sauce served across the Middle Eastern Mediterranean with beef shawarma, fried or baked fish, falafel, or cauliflower. While it is most known as an ingredient in Hummus or chickpea paste, it is also used in roasted eggplant mash where it packs a punch along with those roasted eggplant aromas. It is an overall healthy and super nutritional substitute for sauces like tartar and tzatziki.

I've made the oil yesterday and am about to make the hummus, but this morning the oil is a bit cloudy. Do you think it is still ok for use? Yours looks much more clear.
