  1. bad management, a ton of pardon my french kissing ass , ppl who actually do the work get rewarded with more work, gaslighting, getting phone calls on your day off so and so called out can u come in?? , putting in pto and getting denied, micromangement, unrealistic expectations, bad working conditions yup that sums up 4 years at the job im at im ready to put in my resume and get out

  2. 32 from the list. I am here because I am currently on a short-term leave due to gaslighting, disrespect, underutilization, being belittled/shamed in from of coworkers and peers, etc. I'm in therapy for stress, depression and anxiety and am working to regain my confidence. I hope to be on a more positive road, with a new career prospect, in the next several weeks. I've never been one to give up; I'm strong. For some reason I let this place suck the life out of me over the past 18 months, crushing my soul. I refuse to let this be how it is.

  3. There is a lot of gossip at my work….trust has been violated and we need to be open because we work in mental health. There is no yelling, no direct stress. There is mental health coated language, sugarsweet smiles but a nasty undercurrent. I'm struggling because I question myself. I do feel anxiety but not constant. I suddenly feel exhausted and insecure. There are also good things and I trust my manager which leaves me absolutely torn. I can't tell him because he thinks things are okay now….

  4. Imagine that every place I’ve ever worked at, I ended up leaving because of the people, not the job itself. It always feels like you’re going to war, not going to work.

  5. Low morale, recording of conversations without consent, double standards, incompetent and absentee managers, leadership blames others, lack of feedback, intentional sabotage during training (coworker is insecure and feels threatened), verbal abuse/harassment, unclear expectations and severe consequences.

  6. Let's just say that 80% of what was on that list at the beginning applies directly to my situation in my job.

And I work in healthcare, and I and one of the few who seems to really genuinely care about our patients. If that information isn't concerning to you, it should be.
