My issue is bc I’ll be going to. 4 countries I wanna be prepared ! So I been seeing a lot of videos of places like Budapest it doesn’t have as much snow during winter but then I’m gonna be in places like Austria for 2 days and Helsinki for 24 hours . I’ll be doing a lot of walking at Xmas markets . I feel like i should bring snow boots. However it’s sooo bulky and heavier ! But who like wet feet !!! I’ve dealt with wet feet in Scotland’ I also have picky feet !
Very informative…thank you 😊
Terrible video .!!!
Love the grey hair and adorable hair cut! Grey Girls Rock!

Best video ever about packing light. Thanks a lot.
Light pack can be donebut in winter ended up having to buy xtra winter jacket boots etc and then having to leave them as was unable to pack stuff or wear it on buses trains etc in hot country! Had nowhere to send them to either. As asthmatic need to stay warmer in winter so that s how it worked out. Have a packable nano type puffa but only suited to above 10 degrees even with thermal layer.
I just love your videos and your calming voice! I travel a lot but not a nomad..lol- I also share your mindset on a simple minimalist lifestyle ..one tip I started to use is buying shampoo and conditioner bars instead of liquids- much easier thru security…. I love the kitsch brand,, they do not dry out your hair…- ps,,,I loved your video on your clothes too..I tried to find the tan pants but looks like they don't have tan anymore…can u send Link again? maybe I got it wrong…thanks again for all u share – be well be safe be happy- deb
Going to Ireland in a few days for 14 days. These tips are so helpful. Thank you Connie
Wonderful options, love your hair cut too.
I live in Australia. Can I ask where you buy your travel pill organiser from
Wow
compression cubes……something I recently learned from a friend.
Are your sneakers ecco? Are they comfortable to walk a lot? Do they need break in time?
If you’re taking prescription medications with you, always have your pharmacist reprint the labels of the prescription, dosage, and doctor’s name. Being overseas and not having this documentation can land you in a lot of trouble.
I loooove when women who travel share their actual knowledge. They actually know what they're doing!
I love your video I’m learning from them now I know to leave my 50 pant home only nee one pant
My make up il leve home I carry a concealer and a eyeliner and lipstick small I do my nails before traveling so I save time and money

I travel to Europe from South América with a carry on and I was the happiest person, I learn how to do it the same way as you, the only thing that I do different Is that I keep my medication in the original blisters as you can get in trouble carry on loose pills
I like to roll my trousers and tops as I find they do not wrinkle and allow more space in the suitcase. I have a friend who didn't know about this method when we went on holiday together and when it was time for us to leave she was panicking as she could t close her case. I helped her to roll her clothes and she was relieved ☺ Thank you for another wonder video Connie ♥ xx
One bag is good, but I always make that bag a backpack over anything that occupies my hands. I keep a couple of rolling bags in storage just in case, but airlines are so different in how much they can store in their overhead bins, and hard cased bags are not worth the risk for me. Waiting for checked luggage also is the worst start to a vacation or ending one, so don't want to do that anymore, either. 😋
I'm German and live in the "Allgäu" in Kempten, my daughter lives in Munich, too!:) If you have the opportunity of washing your clothes on the trip, you really don't need a lot of clothes……
Connie: I too have offspring in Munich. Heading there this winter to visit, see things and let him do all the talking. (That’s why he’s there-learning German and all things Germany.) Thanks for the tips. A big help. Fabulous that your daughter dances there. Wow!
What is the brand of your coat, the black one?
Like you, I choose one basic color and colored accessories. That makes creating outfits easy. Have a great trip!
I love your backpack….where did you buy it?
Long winter trip to Germany, sorry but that takes money and there’s nothing minimalist in that.
Thanks for your video. May I ask the name/maker of your bag?
I'm pretty low maintenance, no make up, minimal skin care when I travel, don't use any styling on my hair (other than a comb maybe), have no issue re-wearing clothes several times. I haven't checked in a suitcase for years now. I learned over the years that quality can make a big difference. you've mentioned it with sweaters. good quality sweaters (wool, cashmere) take less space and are warmer. these types of things make packing easier.
I recently went for a hiking trip in France that ended in a few days in Paris. so I needed to pack my hiking poles (I upgraded them for lighter and more compact ones on the trip. quality makes the difference), hiking clothes etc and clothes/bag/shoes for Paris. that was quite a challenge.
I really enjoyed your video and I love your clothing style
Love your information, but packing shoes without a covering is just ICK. Pack them in shower caps.
I have traveled extensively. I wear a Scott e Vest in winter and an Ex-Officio Vest for the other three seasons. Each has 11 pockets which hold my passport, RFID billfold, glasses, phone, water bottle, flashlight, keys, snacks, etc. If find using the Vest most convenient by just taking it off at TSA, put it in a bin and then collecting it on the other side. I wear it on the plane. That way my important stuff is never left unattended. One point, if you buy a Vest go up a size to allow for filled pockets.
OMG! On my last trip to the island I took SO MANY THINGS I didn't need! This video is an EYE oppener,
Hi,
Love your backpack, could you please tell me what brand it is? Many thanks. Sandra
Love that you’re frugal with your makeup and toiletries. What great tips, thx. 😊
Thank you for the great information.
Anybody that has tried long distance backpacking (Apalachain Trail)has learned of the freedom gained by living with less.
When my sister moved to Florida she left some clothes at my house so that she could have things to wear in the room she sleeps in at my house. When she visits she only brings a personal bag. When I visited my sister, I drove and I left clothing at her house in the bedroom that I would sleep in.
