When you're in love you literally get chemically bonded with your partner from Oxytocin, dopamine and serotonin. Oxytocin especially makes you feel bonded and loving. Id say, if youre feeling attracted to others to the point you actually start thinking of what it would be like to be with them, your chemical bond with your partner is weak.
