  1. Such a positive video and so many negative comments. If you could watch video 10-20mins without understanding maybe you should just write on google, chatgpt or anywhere: how to meditate for beginners and understand everything in 1min.
    So let me google it for you: find comfortable position and place
    Sit and breathe, stay in moment. Inhale trough nose exhale trough mouth, let your shoulders go down. If some thought get in your head and they will, dont ignore them, just let them pass trough you like a water stream and go back to breathing. Do it 5-10mins, it is not easy at first but 2mins in calm state is better then 7 days of trying to start meditate. After 5-10mins, exhale deep and open your eyes. Its not a action it is just a state. Practice it daily, use 2minute rule if you are struggling to start.

I meditated for 4 days during COVID and it all worked out but I got really busy with work and you got really Frustrating because I did not have time and my kids may be frustrated and I know I want to get back to this The crazy thing is I did not know if I was doing it right but for some reason I cannot find the meditations that I was doing in 2020

  4. People wake up…meditation is about connecting to the divine within. You have to become tottaly still and quite, meaning mind and spirit being quite. Takes lots of practice and when u get it then u will understand. Quit complaining and do some research. And as for as commercials thats u tube, for not being a premium customer. Then u have no commercials

I've been so exhausted but loving it coz I can see myself grow, I can see the challenges arise and how I've become better at over coming them, being aware il mess up sometimes but it's OK coz it's about how u get up

  7. We don't need to be taught how to meditate. We have to learn to still our mind. Be still and know that I am God! For me personally, I started to begin my meditations by dissociating my true self from my reasoning being. Works like a charm. I realize that the older we get, the farther away from God we get, until we once again awaken to who we are. The first step in learning how to meditate is to attempt to meditate…. Daily! ✌🏾
