Once you start dissolving it in cold water first, it's like a whole new drink. MILES better, a lot less bitter – I halved the amount of sugar I was using when I started doing this. Highly recommend for peeps like me who don't have the money to get tools for proper brewing, or are just too dead in the morning to be able to prepare something more intricate than instant (I, swear to god, once boiled over a pot of coffee so badly I still have burnt coffee stuck to said pot)
