The hardest part about any of this, is that when you’re 20, a year seems like an eternity. Kids workout and diet for 2 months, get frustrated they only see a slight change, and quit. This is a lifestyle, not something you jump in and out of if you want to see real results. It is a grind. It is discipline. It is patience. Just keep going to the gym, keep eating well, prioritize good sleep, and lock in for months and months, and months. It HAS to be a priority.
