In my opinion , I will start with drink enough water everyday , 2 glasses of water in the morning and 2 glasses in the afternoon . In the evening , I just have 1 glass , because drink a lot of water is not good for your health in that time . I think this habit can be maintain easily .Therefore I will combine with Gym to have a strong and good body.

yes I always thinks that I'm very disciplined person because everyday I got into the timetable and I feel that I'm very productive everyday..but it end up with nothing actually because I push myself everyday to be a perfect person because of high expectation from other to me ..and make me thinks that I need to study everytime..it makes me burnout and feel very exhausted and not motivated at all.. especially when get the exam mark..I always get envy with those who can score in their exam even though they don'ts take serious in study..maybe I'm wrong..maybe they have a wright discipline and have a ideal study method that very effective.. pray for me
