Wow I’m taking care my 6 and 3 year old boys my youngest is Autistic and I’m currently help take care my mom too and I just got hired at Walmart I’m so nervous I’m not going to make it I need The Lord Strength I really need help because I’m always cleaning and I cook every two days and we eat our meal for two days I make enough for two days and sometimes we eat take out but I’m so overwhelemed honestly but how do u. Get a work from home job as a a medical assistant?
