  1. This is not true. And this is what’s killing us… you can eat twice a day and still gain muscle by intaking healthy calories.. you got wild rice, chickpeas, lentils, avocados mushrooms, etc.. eating right before bed is unhealthy your not allowing your body rest and or break down those foods properly. Fasting is necessary and helpful. So this is not the only way to build.

  2. It kills me how yall say we need enough time time isn’t the issue if time was the issue we wouldn’t be here do you not understand what hard gainer means my guy? Means we can’t get an appetite or our metabolism is so high we burn it off to fast you silly as hell if you really think the issue is not having time to eat and you crazier if you think people sleep in must be nice to not work a job for a living 👍

  3. Very true… And as you mentioned we need to take advantage of liquid calories since they are easier to digest than chewing foods which take more effort.

    I like to mix avocadoes, with callory/protein shake, with full cream milk, banana, and a teaspoon of olive oil. I check the callory count online and guzzle away the whole day.
