  1. So his breakfast is a shake, his lunch is a shake, and his diner is little peace of meat and alot of salad. I wonder how much calories this is. 1500kcal? Doesn’t sound like something I would want.

  2. I have been a fan of Frank Grillo since he was in "The Gates" on ABC in 2012. I recorded a couple of episodes just playing with my VCR. Fast forward all these years later I enjoy sitting in my room pretending life is still just as simple as it was just 12 years ago while watching the video. All you could eat soup and breadsticks at Olive Garden was like $8.99 and Beyoncé was doing commercials for L'Oréal.

  5. Im alot like this guy. Im 58 years old, people think im in my 30's. Many of my friends my same age or even 10 years younger. They look older than me, like they're in their 60's. Why? Because they don't take care them selves. They drink, smoke and eat unhealthy. Im the opposite. I live a healthy life. I eat every 18 hours. I eat 1 or 2 meals a day. I don't eat carbs and refined sugars. My meal are mostly veggies and oven grilled chicken or lean pork. Drink alot of water and black tea. I dont eat after 6pm. I work out at my own gym at home every morning for 20 minutes before I go to work in construction. Split workout of upper and lower body every second day.

  6. I met a lot of Frank Grillo's in The Bronx. Probably why I seem to relate to him and his vibe. Very Familiar. Mark Walberg goes to bed around the same time. 7 pm, I think. Good stuff. "Early to bed, early to Rise…" a "product" dieter, though. I feel real food is "better" for you."

  7. I love Frank, but this highlights the extremes you have to go to in order to look like that. He said he eats ONCE a day.. at 5pm. Aside from that the only thing he's taking in calorie wise is his "coffee" and a very small protein shake after the gym. That's not healthy, it's not normal- but it's what it takes to look like that. Your life is either going to the gym, eating next to nothing and going to bed at 8pm.. or having a social life- it's impossible to have both. I've gone down this road so many times I've lost count. This lifestyle is simply not sustainable for most.
