I make bad decisions, then have negative thoughts, and then create a scenario in my mind of the worst case. This is how I've lived my life. It's been difficult for me to focus on meditation and breathwork, and I believe those are two of the things that will help me. I realize the thoughts and choices I've made in my life placed me in this mindset. Being compulsive and procrastinating has played a big part in my life as well. The negative scenarios I have keep me in those feelings until the real outcome happens. My overthinking has basically controlled my life. I would like to have joy and peace within myself instead of the turmoil I feel. When I read the comments of those who have found these emotions, it helps me to seek the same.
Similar to a snowrider focus on the path which is good thing and not on the trees and rocks. The snowrider will tell himself to just follow the path and nothing. Then he will simply follow the path and not even of anything else.
