Like the setup and back wall. Quick question since you live somewhere cold; are you planning on insulating the walls or on of the walls to help keep that space warm during the winter?
aren't you cold in winter when you work out there ? ๐
Nice video and nice set up ๐
Just what I was looking for. Great set up! Subscribed!
Great setup, donโt forget you can do belt squats using the smith machine
lol, your dog asking: "How many sets u have left, bro?" is classic.
I would consider yourself lucky that you have an "indoor" space to put your home gym equipment into.
I have to have my home gym equipment on the pool patio, even though it's under a roof, it's still outside and in 2023 in FL it rained everyday and some of the splashing rain water would get onto the equipment and along with the humidity – – > I can't buy very nice equipment because it would eventually get rusty – but I'm still happy to have something to train with.
On the calf machine, reviewers complained that when you move the mid support bar to the side, it is loose and falls sideways to the floor.
This machine comes with alot of extra parts. Use some extra washers inside that bars attachment to tighten up its movement. Just recieved mine. Feels solid and great quality.
Nice but too dark
thank u
The black and red color scheme is tough as nailsโ๏ธ๐ค๐ป
5:00 "look how nice and professional this looks" shows the most dirty floor ever
Next invest in insulation ๐ I hope at least it has heat in your garage.
way too dark colours even with my depression that would make me feel terrible and unmotivated , why didn't you sort your floor out you've got all that crack on that floor and making it very uneven to work out
why didn't u use insulation?
Can't see what's what with the black on black color scheme.
Where does the rack stop and the wall start, maybe more lighting would help.
bro this project is nice but please get your squat form in check ๐
New gym looks great! Well done!
