  4. You are AWESOME!! Love this workout and the previous. I just started yesterday and I see a difference in my energy level. I am pretty active usually do 7-8thousand steps per day but with these 2 workouts, one for the belly fat and this one, OMG, I will really tone and loose the pounds I want to shed. Thank you so much!! You are so Great in keeping it Positive!!
