  1. Been working in TV/Production in professional sports for about 7 months now. I’m 25 years old working with people who have been doing this as long as I’ve been alive. This is literally my problem I’ve been trying to work on. It’s hard.

  2. That’s exactly what I try doing when I’m trying to talk to a person but I’m more scared of speaking than the other person I’m trying to speak to but sometimes I can be a bit scared of them so it can be a bit of both

  3. The best approach is to combine subliminals and exposure to uncomfortable social situations, but of course, it needs to be calibrated. This is explained the best in the book Social Anxiety Demolition by Malcolm Vaudry. This system helped me so much that I honestly consider myself someone who no longer suffers from social anxiety.

  4. My one daughter had really bad social anxiety especially at restaurants. I would purposely take her to different restaurants once a week at different meal times. I would tell her, don't look around, just focus on US at this table. She's now so much better in focusing on the ppl at the table, instead of everything else.

  5. I would say it's non clinical, but I wouldn't want to take benzos. I think things like adaptogens works, I find a lot more use out of like exotic foods, doctors would call some of that psychotropic medicine. I think theres a difference here, benzos are tough though, along with our medical system tbh.

  6. Simple way to heal social anxiety.
    1. You must battle it everyday. You know what happens when it is triggered. You start stuttering. You start saying "um, er, like," Your thoughts freeze.
    2. Go to Toastmasters or other public speaking course. Take debate classes. Master the art of being on stage. Learn how to box with "words."
    3. Dictionary is your best friend. You should read the dictionary everyday and gather new vocabulary words. Use them in sentences.
    4. Write your ideas on a journal or a computer. Express your words, will eventually, be expressed quicker through mouth.
    5. Learn the art of sarcasm and wit. Learn how to think on your feet. Letter comical references in trends. Best way is just read entertainment news, gossip news, and normal news.
    6. Learn to be the quiet guy in a large group. Don't be afraid of being the observer. Be the observer and talk behind the scenes. Then, as your mind gets used to socializing in unusual situations, start talking more publicly.
    7. Stay AWAY from FAT FOODS, SUGARS, SODAS, CHOCOLATES. Only eat vegetables, fruits, and fish meat products. Food can ALSO CAUSE ANXIETY because sugars have immense trigger. It can make your emotions extreme.
    8. Fasting. Fasting can increase calm energy. If you're feeling uneased or humiliated, you won't feel it because your logical mind will be stronger than your emotional mind.

  7. Not the best advice imo. Thats not as easy as that sounds. Severe social anxiety will make you anxious. Even while trying your best to be polite.

  8. So many times when you always make others feel confortable and do good things for/to them they don't respond like the video says. Although I agree this might work for the majority

  9. Its realization that humans are basically a large scale virus…. The earth is an infected cell…. Once that cell is destroyed the virus either dies with it or infects another planet or cell….
