    100g mumphali = 24g protein
    100g मूंग ( पानी में फूला हुआ) = 24g protein
    100g chana (पानी में फूला हुआ) = 24g प्रोटीन
    100g chana का सत्तू = 20g protein
    100g white तिल = 18g protein और 975 mg calcium, जो सबसे ज्यादा है
    100g अलसी बीज़ = 18- 20g protein

  4. Eating soya chunks since childhood (my body adapted to it). As far as quality of protein is a concern. I'd recommend eating soya chunks with rice because the amino acid present in rice will compensate for deficiency of amino acids in soya chunks. People who experience bloating and digestive issues should try soaking those soya chunks overnight and then boil them before consumption as usual. Make sure you are not consuming soya chunks in a huge amount at once, divide them into your every meal making it balanced. And also please don't eat more than 100 gm per day especially men, we all know why. If the issue persists stop eating them and get a whey protein powder.
