the easiest meal prep I’ve ever done for a full week of fully prepped meals! It took me just less than an hour to prep all my meals for the week.

I’m showing you a high-protein weight-loss meal prep plan based on how I lost more than 40 lbs! You can either prep 4 or 5 days of fully prepped meals (so a full work week), and it’s very customizable! I’ll show you how to customize this plan to get anywhere from 1200 to 1800 calories per day. You’ll also be getting about 93g protein per day (almost 100g).

These are very simple recipes, but there’s still a lot of flavor – everything is gluten- and dairy-free, and mostly plant-based (everything is vegan except for one thing, but I will give you a vegan alternative for that).

  1. I cant hear if she is saying 18 or 80 of brown sugar and chia seeds
    I also cant hear if she says 14 or 40 spoons of instant coffee powder, and than she says something I dont know what that is, i cant even google carcapada.

    Can someone help me?

  2. i know this is well after the fact but i just saw the part where your lil pup was getting scared of the storm coming. my dog used to get scared too and i found out that having a prepped Licky-mat with his favorite fruits, yogurt, and peanut butter from the freezer really helped him to calm down, release his nerves of anxiety, and tired him out to rest after he was done engaging wtih it =] i would recommend trying it for your pups and see if it helps them, it also helps their sensory play and can have them feeling like they had gone on an hour walk from the Licky-Mat toy. hope this helps 🙂

  3. Gurl im struggeling!! From europe and just found your profile this weekend! Love love love. But, in the oatmeal: did you say 80 spoons of brown sugar and chia? Or 18? And how much is that in grams? Mine turned out way darker than yours! Tastes delicious, but worried it’s not as healthy😂
